I absolutely adored this book! I loved seeing how Theo supposedly messed up and what had to be done to keep him in line. Both characters were quirky, fun, and had chemistry that was off the charts. One thing I adore about Pippa is she writes characters with flaws and quirks that anyone could have. This book was read in one day because it was such a great story. I highly recommend reading it.

My thoughts: Cooper was just so Cooper that I couldn’t stop smiling the entire book. It was fun seeing other sides of him that we haven’t seen with him being a secondary character and getting more depth from him. Waverly was a wonderful heroine for him and I loved that both had flaws that were put out there for the other to see. Pippa Grant writes characters that are so real and I love it. This book also has me laughing quite a bit which was fantastic. This is a must read.

My thoughts: Sutton was such a great lead character because I could relate to her so well. She feels like she has to prove herself, even after she's proved herself. I think she suffers from a bit of imposter syndrome and I can definitely relate being in medicine myself. Jake had his own issues and this caused them to want to be together and only see obstacles instead of possibilities. When things got straightened out, I loved the reactions of most of those around them, but there's one character I wish would have had more negative consequences than they got. This story was wonderfully written and hooked me into it quickly. Louise Bay has another hit on her hands and I can't wait to learn more about the Cove brothers.

My thoughts: Corey was one determined player. He knew he wanted Ande when they were just a fling, but she didn’t want to continue things. Corey didn’t react the best and it came back to bite him. I’m not a fan of Ande’s sister but I feel she could have a redeeming arc. This book was unique in the subplot I feel. This was another enjoyable book in the hockey hotties series and I can’t wait for the next book to come out!

My thoughts: I adored this book. Piper Rayne did a fantastic job with Imogen and Warren's story. This book is a second chance for these to get things right. Imogen's brother plays into their story and it affects the dynamic within the hockey team. Overall I loved this book and recommend the book and the entire series.
