For those who have read the books in the Midnight Breed series, this book doesn't really move the story along. That being said, I enjoyed Bella and Savage's story. This was a second chance romance with a Breed twist. As a novella it was good, but in some ways I would have liked to see this as a full novel. This is one that you don't really need to have read the previous books in order to enjoy. Overall, it was a cute story for what it was and I give this book 3.5 stars. Those who enjoy this series I recommend this book to. Those who are new to the series, this might not be the perfect one to start with, but you could still enjoy it.
