Holding Strong

What can I say about Cherry and Denver's story? It was a wonderfully written one. It took be a little to get sucked into the story, but that may have been the outside world instead of the writing. Denver was a sexy, possessive, alpha male who wanted Cherry. Ghosts from his past prevented him from going after her. Cherry knew she wanted Denver from the moment she saw him, and she pressed the issue until he finally gave in. It was a good thing she did because they were perfect for each other and Denver was able to be there when Cherry started getting harassed by her foster brothers. This was a great book and the perfect addition to the Ultimate series. It set up Stack and Vanity's story perfectly, so I now eagerly anticipate that one. This book gets 5 stars along with a must read recommendation from me.
