Brodie and Mary's story was an interesting one. Mary was very closed off until Brodie started breaking through her barriers. The didn't get off on the right foot, but they made a great team. The acquisitions that they had to do were full of intrigue and the plot moved along nicely. The secondary characters definitely added to the story. Once the chemistry was acted upon, the bond that these two had was unbreakable. I definitely enjoyed this book and hope that Jack and Charlotte get their own stories in the future.
